Conan O'Brien

Conan Christopher O'Brien s an Emmy Award-winning American television host and comedian, best known as host of NBC's Late Night with Conan O'Brien. He has been announced as replacing Jay Leno as host of The Tonight Show beginning June 1, 2009.

In October 2005, Late Night with Conan O'Brien was eleven years always attracted an average audience of 2,500,000 viewers.

In 2004, O'Brien was appointed to replace Jay Leno when he leaves the Tonight Show in 2009. Leno said on the show he wanted to avoid a repeat of the controversy and rancor that occurred when he was chosen by NBC to host The Tonight Show with David Letterman more.

O'Brien is a guitarist and a passionate listener of music. When Bruce Springsteen and the Sessions Band appeared Show musical guest, O'Brien joined the band 17 together with the Max Weinberg 7 and guests Jimmy Fallon and Thomas Haden Church, and played acoustic guitar and vocals, and participated in track "I Pay Money Down."
